EMPOWERING INSIGHTS: TURKISH WORKING WOMEN'S PERSPECTIVES ON SUCCESS, EMPOWERMENT, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
This study delves into the perceptions of Turkish working women regarding success, empowerment, and the role of information technologies (IT) in their professional lives. Through qualitative interviews and thematic analysis, the research uncovers diverse viewpoints, challenges, and aspirations of Turkish women navigating the contemporary workplace. Insights shed light on the multifaceted nature of empowerment, the significance of IT proficiency, and the evolving dynamics of gender roles in Turkish society. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, employers, and advocates seeking to promote gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workforce.
